Terms & Privacy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

These terms cover your use of Claudio Pipe (the website, the CLI, and any related services). By creating an account or using the product you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing up, logging in, or using Claudio Pipe in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What Claudio Pipe is

Claudio Pipe is an automated software pipeline. You describe a task; specialized agents draft a spec, write code, review the change, run quality checks, and open a pull request on a GitHub repository you connect. The agents run on your infrastructure or ours depending on your setup.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate registration information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Pro is the only paid plan. Signing up creates a free account; the free trial is unlocked when you start a Pro subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews monthly at the published price for your locale. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Claudio Pipe to: build or distribute malware; violate any law or third-party right; attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; resell access without permission; or generate content that infringes copyright or harms others. We may terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your code and tasks

You retain ownership of any source code, prompts, repositories, or other content you connect or submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to deliver the service. We do not train models on your private code without your explicit consent.

7. Third-party services

Claudio Pipe relies on third parties including Anthropic (model inference), GitHub (repositories), and Stripe (billing). Their terms apply to their parts of the service. Outages or changes in those services may affect Claudio Pipe.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated code can be incorrect, insecure, or non-functional. You are responsible for reviewing every change before merging it into your main branch and shipping to production.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claudio Pipe and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or for security reasons. On termination, your active subscriptions stop and you lose access to in-progress runs.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the courts of São Paulo unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer-protection law.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, language preference, login origin. Billing data: a Stripe customer ID and subscription status — Stripe stores card details, not us. Operational data: tasks you submit, the prompts and repositories you connect, server logs. Optional: GitHub access tokens you provide so the agents can open PRs on your behalf.

2. How we use it

To run the pipeline you asked for, send transactional email (confirmation, password reset, billing receipts), enforce subscription limits, prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. Who we share with

Sub-processors needed to deliver the service: Anthropic (model inference for agent reasoning), GitHub (repository access for the agents you connect), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Digital Ocean (hosting). Each receives only the data it needs.

4. How long we keep it

Account data: while your account exists, plus up to 90 days after deletion. Pipeline logs: 30 days. Billing records: as long as required by tax law (typically 5 years). You can request earlier deletion of pipeline logs.

5. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to restrict its processing. Open a support ticket at /support — we respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies and localStorage for session, language preference, and dark-mode setting. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Email goes over TLS. The product is delivered over HTTPS only. No system is perfect — report any vulnerability via /support.

8. Children

Claudio Pipe is not directed to anyone under 16. Do not create an account if you are under that age.
